Boy Story
靓仔 (Liang Zai) means "handsome boy" in Cantonese — the brand is named after the founder, the guy you see on the Instagram videos serving bowls.
Liang Zai Prawn Noodle officially opened on 18 March 2023 with one stall and one obsession: a prawn broth deep enough that you don't ask whether it's worth the queue.
Three years later there are six outlets across Singapore — plus a sister concept, Liang Zai Kitchen 靓仔私房菜, at the Kallang Bahru location.
