Boy Story
靓仔 (Liang Zai) means "handsome boy" in Cantonese. The brand is named after the founder's son — you'll see the founder himself on the Facebook, Instagram and TikTok videos, behind every bowl.
He didn't open a restaurant. He opened a hawker stall, with one thing to prove: that a proper prawn broth — head-on prawns, long-simmered, no shortcuts — could build a brand worth queuing for.
2023: One stall in Queen Street.
2026: Six outlets across Singapore and a sister
concept 靓仔私房菜 Liang Zai Kitchen at Kallang Bahru —
built entirely on word of mouth and the broth itself.
